About
A note about how I work.
Most therapy websites lead with credentials. I would rather lead
with philosophy, because philosophy is what you will actually feel
when you sit down across from me.
Before you know where I trained, I want you to know how I see
people.
The degrees on my wall tell you where I trained. My philosophy
shapes how I listen, what I pay attention to, and how I understand
suffering and healing. It guides every conversation we have, every
question I ask, and every moment we choose to slow down instead of
push through.
My credentials matter. They prepare me to do this work well. But it
is my philosophy that gives the work its shape, and that is what
you will experience when we sit together.
